I haven’t found a number reporting the bleeding through of animated images to the top tab — which came back tonight (example — the animation you can start up by clicking on a button at:

(The behavior has changed a few times; for one build, last night’s build, only the time banner bled through – so I’ll quit mentioning it; pointer welcomed to the right place to mention this further.)

You’ll probably have to wait until
    http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235733
    is fixed.

  3. José Jeria Says:

    That one was a duplicate,
    http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=162134
is the correct bug. Seems to be an issue with the java plugin though, not mozilla.

  4. Jesse Ruderman Says:

Jose: so you’re saying it’s not a regression?

  5. José Jeria Says:

Jesse: I dont think so, read bug 235733 and in comment 0 the reporter says: “This behavior has been going on for quite some time in OSX 10.1, Jaguar, and now
    Panther.”

I read through bug 162134 and some of it dupes and it seems that this has been around for a while.

  6. Hank Says:

That’s a _lot_ of duplicate/similar reports. I’ve got to get better at finding, and re-finding, these in Bugzilla. Oy.
