I had this problem until I disabled it -- now I just need to reenable it and reboot every time I need it. (I also use one of Arronax's GrApple themes, so it could be related to that as well.) I think it started around the time of the copy bug, perhaps it's related. Basically, after a while of usage, Firefox won't open new (requested) popup windows, copy/paste (as noted), nor will it quit.
