Do you have the Web Developer Toolbar installed? I had this problem until I disabled it -- now I just need to reenable it and reboot every time I need it. (I also use one of Arronax's GrApple themes, so it could be related to that as well.)

I'm seeing a weird problem under OS X. I think it started around the time of the copy bug, perhaps it's related. Basically, after a while of usage, Firefox won't open new (requested) popup windows, copy/paste (as noted), nor will it quit. I have to "force quit" the browser. Anyone else notice this?
