I've installed the latest Branch Build and notice that Auto-complete for text fields doesn't work till the page has finished loading. Is the following expected behaviour:

While page is loading and text field has focus:
- Press down, up or start typing, no auto-complete drop down list
- No drop down even after page has finished loading

After the page finishes loading, I get a drop down list for the text field if I start typing or use the up/down arrow keys.

Where can I write some feedback notes about Beta1 to be noticed by developers?
I don't want to create bug/request for every comment... :(

Do I must do so?
