Although, the trunk changes are going to be the most sexy changes in the list, for those of us who do serious xul development for Firefox, the branch changes are the most important to us. Honestly, it will be the most important for many people as they will be moving from 1.0.x to 1.5.x, not 1.0.x to trunk.
