Fully fixed bug 155723 on 7-19-2005 14:11 after the nightly builds will fixed 7-20-2005 builds to correct the regression.

I would think the fact that chatzilla does not work due to the partial fix for 155723 would qualify as a major regression.

You omit 3 bugs all dealing with bfcache July 18 builds as regressions.
