This Feb. 10th version, for OSX (10.3.2) exits immediately with the error message so often asked about in Apple's Discussion forums that begins:
Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
Codes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x0000000090
[...]
I just opened the Sunday Feb. 8th Firefox 0.8, which came back up flawlessly.

Hank, did you submit the bug to bugzilla.mozilla.org ? I queried Bugzilla but couldn't find it.

I think this release has a bigger problem with tabs than just the one regression mentioned. Several times I have clicked on links and they've opened simultaneously in the current tab and a new tab.
